I’m getting a transaction error, what should I do?

The most likely cause for this is the billing address entered in the checkout form doesn’t match the card or the CVV is not matching. Please double-check the billing address and CVV if the both fields are correct.

If there is still a problem, use the Paypal payment option with the “Guest” checkout. With this option, you do not need a Paypal account but can still use a credit / debit card.
