Exam Freezing
Exam Freezing during submission can sometimes occur. We suggest the following to troubleshoot:
- Check Browser and Internet Connection
- Ensure you are using an updated browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Edge). Older browsers may struggle with modern interfaces.
- Verify a stable internet connection. A weak or intermittent connection can cause freezing.
- Clear Browser Cache
- Clear the browser cache to remove corrupted files or conflicts.
- Check for any stored cookies that might be interfering with the save process.
- Inspect System Resources
- Ensure sufficient RAM and CPU are available. Close unnecessary programs or tabs that could be consuming resources.
- Restart your computer before the exam to free up memory.
- Avoid Multi-Tab Usage
- Opening multiple tabs or instances of the exam can cause synchronization issues during saving. Stick to one tab.
- Check Network Timeouts
- Long exams may exceed session timeouts. Check you have a stable internet connection and no browser errors
- Try a Different Device or Browser
- If the issue persists, attempt to save the exam on a different device or browser to isolate the problem.
